TANGLEWOOD MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL NEW YEARS EVE 2017/18
Tanglewood Music & Arts Festival brings you 2 stages with over 40 hours of local, live acoustic, bands & electronic musicians, all supported by amazing art galleries, workshops, bars and street food. A BYO event, situated in beautiful Thornton, Victoria, just 2 hours northeast of Melbourne from the 30th of December to the 2nd of January.
Tanglewood Festival is a positive and creative festival environment; a platform for showcasing up and coming and already established musicians and artists found in our own backyards, basements and band-rooms to create a solid lineup of live solo acoustic artists, bands, live electronic musicians and DJs.
We have built an affordable, safe festival for everyone, away from the busy cities where we can each discover amazing; music, performance and art in great company and a beautiful landscape. With a great variety of food drinks and bar along with workshops teaching skills and ideas in crafts, culture, health, the environment and permaculture.
All this put together largely by the help of many awesome volunteers each year, if you would like to help us, fill out a volunteer’s application.
It is over 18s event, BYO event but strictly no glass. Children under 12yo accompanied by their parents are welcome, please see bringing children under Ticket Tab on website for details.
We have a strict no dickhead policy! We appreciate a good party, but it needs to be a good time for everyone, this includes you and our volunteers and crew that work hard to make Tanglewood Festival happen.
