Gates & CampING

GATEs

30/12 – 11 am – 12am midnight (Music starts at 3pm)

31/12 –  9am – 10pm. (Music 10am - 6am/1st)

01/01 –  9am – 8pm. (Music 10am - 10pm)

02/01 – Gates Closed, patrons must exit by 12pm midday.

No entrance to the event will be granted outside of the gate times listed. Do not arrive early or after hours or you will be asked to leave and come back during opening times. Anyone arriving after sundown will be required to park in the over night car park and carry their tent in to the camping area.

If you are a worker, have a delivery, or require access to accessible and family camping please alert staff at the gate so you are directed into express lanes. 

​

Please have photo ID and tickets printed or saved before arrival.

 

On arrival, you will receive a wristband, map and directions. Vehicles will be searched for prohibited items It is BYO but strictly no glass and no gas cookers BBQs, fire toys, bean bags and nangs. Please see the full list of what to bring, what not to bring and the rules, terms and conditions of entry

CAMPING

Camping must be within designated blocks and access roads must be clear at all times or vehicles will be towed. Camp humbly and with friends you love and adore. We invite you to bring amazing décor’ and fun things to share with people around you, but please ensure everything that comes with you goes home with you. We ask campers to be mindful of the neighbours and get to know them, share your communal spaces to make more room for others.

 ~ LEAVE NO TRACE ~

There is no cooking, bbqs or open flames permitted in the campsites. This is a condition of our permit and non compliance affects festivals like ours future. A community kitchen for those who wish to save some money will be available with in the family camping space. 

​

 

FAMILY AND ACCESSIBLE CAMPING

There is a dedicated family & Accessible camping zone close to the action with access to power, water and accessible toilet facilities. We are also setting up a community kitchen with washing facilities to make it easier for patrons needing extra support & families to cater for their little ones.

There will be allocated family camping in quieter areas of camping, however, they will not have access to the same facilities and kitchen. 

​

Friends are permitted to camp with you in the Accessible & family camping area, but please be mindful that these zones are allocated to cater for registered patrons with accessible needs & families and we will only be including limited extra space for friends. We suggest arriving early and securing positions close by for friends if you have a large group.
